IOSH members attending an evening seminar at Dublin Institute of Technology on Wednesday 28th September expressed dismay at the lack of intoxicant regulations. A report in the October issue of Health & Safety Review stated “the clear feeling of the 50 or so practitioners attending was that the Health and Safety Authority should have brought in regulations, or at least published a code of practice”.
